Our Story

At Gleam Team, we believe a clean home is a happy, healthy home for you and your family. We were dissatisfied with cleaning services that didn’t include basic cleaning- baseboards that weren’t cleaned, cabinet fronts that were left spotty, or dusting of higher areas neglected. Instead, these little details were charged as additional cleaning, carrying additional fees. But how clean is your home without these considerations? You shouldn’t have to pay extra for a quality clean.

With Gleam Team, the only ‘additional cleaning fees” you’ll encounter are the same flat hourly rate for the required service. For example, a standard clean of an approximatley 1-1500 square foot home with two bathrooms takes 3 hours. If you would like to clean your inner cabinets, stove, or fridge, we’re more than happy to help, but we would suggest a four-hour booking.

Every standard clean includes:

Kitchen: small appliances, countertops, sinks, backsplash, cabinet fronts, stove hoods, large appliance fronts.

Bathrooms: showers, tubs, commodes, mirrors, cabinet fronts.

All rooms/living areas: baseboards, dusting of the ceiling/lights/fan/curtains or blinds, light switches, door handles, dusting of primary living areas, and a vacuum and mop. We even vacuum your upholstery on our way out.

We use 4-stage HEPA filter vacuums. We don’t just vacuum dust and debris; we remove it from your environment for better air quality.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Gleam Team uses plant-based, eco-friendly cleaning supplies that are powerful enough to disinfect your home while being safe for your children and pets. Some of our cleaning products do include essential oils. If you’d rather us not use them, no problem! Please let us know.

  • All of our cleaners are vetted through a background check process.

  • However you’re comfortable. You can include a code in your booking notes, leave a key or be home during your clean.

  • Gleam Team uses a flat rate pricing of $65 per hour.
